You don't have a discipline problem. You have a clock problem.

With time blindness, an hour can feel like ten minutes. You sit down "for a sec," look up, and the meeting is missed, the deadline is close, and the afternoon is gone. Willpower can't fix a sense you can't feel. A visible clock can.

How it works

Time you can see. Nudges you won't hate.

See it, don't read it

A color-shifting ring fills as time passes. You feel it in your peripheral vision without doing mental math or staring at digits.

A tap on the shoulder

Every so often, a soft flash or gentle sound says "you've been here 45 minutes." No blaring alarm, no shame.

Zero setup

Install it, open a tab, and it's already counting. Nothing to configure and no habit to build before it helps.

Fair question

"Why not just look at a clock?"

Because a clock tells you what time it is. Time blindness is not knowing how long you've been at it. Those are very different problems.

A clock

Shows the time of day, not the time you've spent. You'd have to remember when you started and do the maths, and remembering is the part that breaks. Worst of all, it only works if you think to look.

Timers and alarms

You have to remember to start one, and guess how long the task takes, which is exactly what's hard. Then it screams, you swat it away, and you carry on.

Time trackers

Brilliant at telling you at 6pm that you lost three hours. Too late to do anything about it, and one more dashboard to remember to open.

Tickhue

Does the remembering for you.

Starts itself. No timer to set and no start button to forget. Open a tab and it's counting.

You notice without looking. A color-shifting ring sits where you work, so time registers in your peripheral vision.

Nudges, never nags. A soft "you've been here 45 minutes" while you can still change course.
