Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Tickhue is a product of MRNOS ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we do with your personal data when you visit this website and join the early-access list. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible for your data
MRNOS is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything related to this policy or your data.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you submit it in the early-access form.
- Technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes automatically to deliver and secure the website.
This website does not use cookies and does not use advertising or tracking pixels.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your email address to tell you when Tickhue launches and to send you the early-access offer. We do this because you gave us your consent by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time. We process technical data to run and protect the website, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery.
- Formspree: receives and stores the email address you submit in the form.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, such as in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we decide not to launch the product, we will delete the list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of this, email [email protected]. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.
If you think we've handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Greece that is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date above.
